Alan Tooker, Director, A.R.C. Directors Ltd, has more than thirty years of experience in the alternative investment industry, including hedge funds and futures. His previous positions include Chief Operating Officer, Finance Director and Compliance Officer of UK hedge fund managers and he also held the position of Managing Director of the European subsidiary of a hedge fund administrator.

Alan has developed a wealth of expertise in the hedge fund arena through his close involvement in the structuring of funds during his time at fund managers,and through the administration of complex structured products during his time in fund administration. He has also worked closely on risk and transparency issues, and has a great deal of experience in the areas of compliance and anti-money laundering requirements in a wide range of jurisdictions. Alan has been appointed to the boards of hedge funds domiciled in the Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands, the Bahamas and Bermuda over many years.

Ramona Bowry, Director, A.R.C. Directors Ltd, has more than ten years of experience in the alternative investment industry, with particular emphasis on hedge funds, both onshore and offshore. In her previous positions, Ramona was Business Development Director of the UK subsidiary of a hedge fund administrator and Risk Analyst at a hedge fund manager.

Ramona has an extensive knowledge of, and experience in, all aspects of the risk management of hedge funds and derivatives products. She is also familiar with all aspects of transparency issues. Ramona has implemented and used off the shelf and additional proprietary systems to risk-manage complex fund structures and OTC derivatives portfolios. During her time at a hedge fund manager,Ramona was closely involved in due diligence processes and garnered a deep understanding of issues associated with hedge fund managers' operational risks including liquidity, concentration risk, model risk, counterparty risk, and key person risk.

Shavourne Rolle

Shavourne Rolle, Director, A.R.C. Directors Ltd, has more than ten years of experience in the offshore financial industry, including hedge funds, mutual funds and trusts. Her previous positions include a managerial role at a Bahamas hedge fund administrator and fund accounting and shareholder services roles at hedge fund administrators in the Bahamas and the Cayman Islands.

Shavourne has acquired an extensive knowledge and experience of the various aspects of the administration and management of the offshore hedge fund industry. Her years employed at fund administration companies have given her an excellent exposure to large portfolios of complex fund structures, and Shavourne has developed a first class expertise in the offshore hedge fund arena.
