Directors' deep understanding of hedge funds includes knowledge of complex fund structures, derivatives (including OTCs), regulatory regimes, stock exchange listing requirements and risk management, combined with an ability to fully understand funds' trading strategies and the nature of their underlying investments, including risk profiles and liquidity. As a result of their wide-ranging work experience, Alan and Ramona have unique insights into the management and control, including risk control, of hedge funds. Their combined expertise covers a broad range of jurisdictions.
